An iconic, historic redevelopment of the former windshield wiper factory nestled in between the Niagara Medical Campus and Theater District in downtown Buffalo.  The project is a collaboration between BMW Management and Krog Development.  The structure will offer 242 luxury apartments across six floors, and 56,000 square feet of commercial space.  Life Safety Integrated Systems was chosen to provide Access Control, Apartment Entry Systems, Video Surveillance and a Smart Apartment solution that will offer the technology fitting for this high-end property.  More updates to follow!!

We are proud to have been selected to provide the Life Safety and Security Systems and Services to protect this all new Highway Department Facility in Clarence Center.  Systems include Fire Alarm, Video Surveillance, Security and Video Intercom Solutions. We partnered with Concord Electric Corporation on this project, what a great group to work with. We hope to have more collaborations in the future with them.

When the Seneca Nation of Indians was looking to enhance the Security of their Early Childhood Learning Centers, LS Integrated jumped at the chance to be a part of the project!  A state of the art Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion and Visitor Management System was implemented to create a robust security package that will ensure the safety of all Students and Staff for years to come.

The Seneca Nation of Indians Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) is a family orientated program with goals that apply to both the child and their families. It is located on the Cattaraugus Reservation. The center offers comprehensive child care and development services made possible through various local, state, and federal funding including SNI Tribal funds, NYS Child Care and Development Block Grant, Head Start and the Child and Adult Care Food Program.

The Church of Scientology Buffalo found themselves in need of fire alarm service and preventative maintenance services.  We are happy to report that Life Safety was selected to provide these ongoing services for the church to ensure the protection of their patrons and property.  

Buffalo Surgery Center is one of Western New York’s leading multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers, dedicated to the surgical and procedural treatment of patients. Utilizing world-class technology, state-of-the-art equipment, and a highly experienced team. 

We were excited to be a part of the bidding process and are happy to report that we were selected to provide a world-class, state-of-the-art nurse call solution for their new surgical center located in Amherst, NY. 

Located in the heart of Buffalo, Aurubis is one of the largest alloy and metal component manufacturers in the area, with over 600 employees.

Large factories such as Aurubis require large networks and top of the line security.  Life Safety accepted the challenge of implementing a companywide fiber network dedicated to CCTV, Intrusion, Door Access, and Guest Wi-Fi.  Completion of this project will allow Aurubis to operate a worry free, fast, secure, physically separate robust network that will be expandable for years to come and keep their operational technology secure from possible outside threats.

Life Safety Integrated Systems was hired to provide an Automated Access Control System that allows 24-hour access for all members while securing the facility. 

With over twenty locations throughout Western NY, General Physicians PC is one of the largest medical groups in the area .  Life Safety Integrated Systems was brought in as a security consultant to provide a solution to manage access control throughout all locations. Multiple factors were considered when they selected a robust cloud-based Access Control Platform.  We implemented this solution at one of their Buffalo clinics this month, and we can’t wait to expand it to all the other locations!
